Kixx is a social walking game that uses Apple Health steps and, when you start a recorded walk, precise location.
Get Help
Email nikko@synapsesocial.com. Include the Kixx version, iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were trying to do. Do not send passwords, verification codes, Apple identity tokens, contact lists, or Health data.
Common Questions
- Steps are missing: Open iPhone Settings, then Health, Data Access & Devices, Kixx, and confirm Steps access. Return to Kixx and refresh.
- A walk will not record: Allow location while using Kixx and confirm Precise Location is on. Kixx records location only after you start a walk and stops when you finish or discard it.
- Friend discovery: Contacts are optional. You can still use handles, invite links, and QR codes when those options are available.
- Notifications are missing: Check both Kixx notification preferences and iPhone Settings, Notifications, Kixx.
- Safety concern: Use Report or Block from the player profile, then email support if urgent.
Account Deletion
In Kixx, tap your profile avatar, tap the Settings gear, then tap Delete account. See Account Deletion Help for details and an email fallback.
