Kixx Account Deletion

Delete your Kixx account and associated data.

Delete in the App

1. Open Kixx and sign in.
2. Tap your profile avatar.
3. Tap the Settings gear.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is permanent. It removes your Kixx profile, social relationships, gameplay progress, Stars and inventory, stored walks and route geometry, contact-discovery hashes, notification data, and other data associated with the account from active Kixx systems. Kixx also asks supported authentication services to remove or revoke associated credentials.

If You Cannot Sign In

Email nikko@synapsesocial.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify the request without asking for your password, Apple identity token, Firebase token, or SMS code.

Limited Retention

Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or backups that age out under our retention process.
